Program Manager
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Certified Project Management Professional preferred.

General Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing system engineering functions. At least five (4) years of the total experience should consist of management and supervisory experience including the performance of functions with respect to engineering program/projects; at least two (2) years of the total experience spent as a team leader on large, enterprise projects.

Functional Responsibility: The Program Manager takes on the role of team leader and project lifecycle manager who consistently demonstrates ability to make sound recommendations relevant to computing, quality control, analysis, and testing systems. Serves as the senior technical resource for projects, and is responsible for providing strategic direction, vision and leadership to the engagement team and senior level clients. Responsible for aligning project execution with established customer requirements and governance. Articulates project management, goals and objectives using industry standard tracking and reporting tools.

Project Manager

Ensures project goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget. Offers recommendations relevant to computing, quality control, analysis, and testing systems.

Solutions Architect I

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, mathematics or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university

General Experience: Four (4) years of engineering experience with at least at least one (2) years of Solution Design experience in both Public and Private sectors. Holds all applicable core competency certifications.

Functional Responsibility: Solutions Architect I develops and applies systems engineering and architecture design methods, processes, tools, and techniques to analyze systems, technology, and process integration requirements across multiple applications. Communicates and works closely with technical staff and supervisors to ensure the relevance of architecture and system designs to business process requirements.

Senior Engineer I

Minimum Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university – or equivalent demonstrated past performance/experience in the field.

General Experience: Six (6) years of engineering experience. At minimum, must hold current Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix or Cisco certification and all applicable certifications. Verifiable past performance with technical implementation of large projects requiring application of advanced, multi-competency skill sets, i.e. Active Directory, PKI/CAC, vSphere, Enterprise Storage, Converged Computing, Nutanix Distributed File System, Cloud Computing integration (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), etc.

Functional Responsibility: Senior Engineer I works with the team to interpret and execute system engineering design plans provided by Solutions Architect and senior engineering lead. Applies engineering principles to implement, test, or evaluate computer and telecommunications systems. Conducts engineering and technical analysis reports, change proposals, and other related technical documentation. Implements and tests automated data processing software related to engineering or functional requirements of computer and telecommunications systems and associated support systems.

Senior Engineer III

Minimum Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university – or equivalent demonstrated past performance/experience in the field.

Analyzes, implements, and tests automated data processing software related to engineering or functional requirements of computer and telecommunications systems and associated support systems. Requires no supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Verifies and complies with scientific documentation standards and test procedures. Responsible for the execution of all phases for large complex projects.
